Mobile phone systems being made available for airlines to allow p engers to make calls - is it a good idea?
- Well you have that nuisance to other p engers right for some as they talk so loud everyone can hear and learn what's going on in that persons life. But for many it would be nice as you get to do something rather than read the wornout mags, watch the outdated movie and you can complain to someone outside the airline about the meal you just had. Yes it would be distracting as someone will miss the fasten seatbelt sign when hitting rough weather and they will complain and possibly sue for any injury. But people want this and we are more a technology world and peopele expect to be able to use technology everywhere now
- I think it's a dreadful idea. I imagine the security aspect has been considered, but it would be dreadful to have to listen to half conversations on planes as well as trains, buses and everywhere else!
- Great when you spirallying to the ground you can call your loved ones and say good byeeeeeeeeeee
- p engers do not get much rest as it is, with people talking, children, and stewards so i do not think it would make any difference. As long as they do not interfere with the planes technical equipment then why not
- i think it is awful idea, i mean who knows what the phone could do, it probably could interfere with the airplane
